Dear Sir,
Please Ref to
Online air ticket booking website “Travolook.in”
I tried to booked flight ticket from Mumbai to Delhi and back on 28th April 2022.
Amount of 9077/- was debited.
Amount debited from Bank account but ticket was not booked.
Kindly take strict action on the persons owning website which are deceptive.

If transaction fails, it should refund immediately but g-pay confirmed transaction as settled and received by Service provider.
Made a Call on Customer service phone no given on website. They asked to send mail with payment proof. I sent it to them but the website and company seems suspicious.
Request you please take action and help me to get my refund
