Sir my name is D Kumar, I have Ordered one phone through online shop “Shopmymobile”. But the payment was gone to Frankie Enterprises. The money was paid through payU. money in accept of frankie Enterprises with payment Id.423964988 Rs 4499.28. But order number was not given by company i.e frankie Enterprises. Please help me to get my money back. Thanking you.
