Text of Complaint by Hemant mahour:

On 4-Feb 2022 I make a recharge from my Airtel application by my dad’s debit card in my sister’s sim of rupees 209. After completing the transaction the bill receipt is received then I thik recharge is done but after a few minutes my sister told my that the recharge is not working then I am check the bank balance debited by 209 rs but recharge still not working.
