Text of Complaint by Uzma Shaikh:

i have successfully used 3 months internet i find it slow and asked them to fixed but they couldnt hence i said them i will discontinue the service and i did so and i even ask them to come collect the router and they missbehaved over call saying they wont come to pick up the router and they charged us for the router since september i have stopped the service in august itself now again the airtel peopel call us again and again torture and harass us asking to do the due payment which we are not incharge to do so … its their mistake when we have ask them to collect it yet they have not come just to earn money out of us. i tried many times to contact airtel customer care no number is responding nor able to register complain as well karnataka
