I wanted to convert my broad-band service from postpaid to prepaid. At airtel store they said raise request through app and link for payment will get generated once due is paid the connection will get converted. I did the same and paid amount of Rs.520. In app it is not showing any transaction but the amount has been debited from my account. I raised request many times and also sent transaction details over email still nothing has been done further. Now after visiting store again they are saying the postpaid to prepaid conversion is not possible. At the first place they shouldn’t have told me raising request from app for conversion if it was not possible. The store people misguided me. Now I have deactivated my connection again paying the amount of Rs.533. I have paid bill twice for the same month. Even after deactivation they are still generating bill which is hilarious.
First their store people misguided and made me to pay the bill twice. Second for refund raised request many times but nothing is happening. The experience with the service is really worst. I want the refund also they should stop generating bill for nothing.
