I was having plan of 250rs then they changed plans to minimum 399 without informing me and now i need to pay 530rs for nothing. Like they always call for active new plans and didn call for this that they are changing my plan without informing me. And i dont check my messages. So i call customer care they also didn’t help me at all. They said you need to pay that bill. I can pay 1000 also if i active that plan but if i dont then why should i?
