As per below mail please note the following :
1) Advance rental plan of Airtel X-stream Fiber ID 012446487991_dsl is auto-renewed on 27-JAN-21. ( mail confirmation in appended mail)
2) Details of account are – Landline no. 0124-4110168 , CAF No. 0124- 2411722, Account No. 7040115009
3) On 03rd of February , I along with my wife had visited airtel showroom at Sector 15 part 2 and met Mr. Aman.
4) We had asked for transfer of billing name to My wife’s name ( Shalvi Sood)
5) Mr. Aman had advised us to close existing account and apply for new Plan under name of Mrs. Shalvi Sood.
6) The same was acknowledged and confirmed by us and initial formalities for account opening were conducted at the show room by Mr. Aman
7) On 05th Feb’21 at 10:59 pm, payment was made for Rs 2828 ( in old no. 0124-4110168) – successful
8) On 06th Feb’21 at 19:53 pm, payment was made for Rs 2828 ( in CAF No. 0124-3031454) – wrong CAF communication by executive- successful
9) On 06th Feb’21 at 20:10 pm payment was made for Rs 2828 (in CAF No. 0124-3013454) – successful
Now following is required :
10) Reversal of payment received on 05th Feb’21 at 10:59 pm for Rs 2828 ( in old no. 0124-4110168)
11) Reversal of payment received on 06th Feb’21 at 19:53 for Rs 2828 ( in CAF No. 0124-3031454) – wrong CAF communication by executive
12) Closure of account 0124-4110168, CAF No. 0124- 2411722, Account No. 7040115009.
