Text of Complaint by Jasleen:

I made a payment for new Airtel connection, twice. The person who was assigned to collect documents and payment told that first time payment got cancelled and if it has been deducted from my account, it would be reversed. It has been more than a month that I have not received any refund and their is no response from Airtel team for my emails/ calls.

This is a disgusting situation. Payment is required by you first hand for anything, but when it comes to refunds/complaints, you consider you customers as fools and make them plead for their own money in front of you.

What kind of customer service is this?

I never had such a bad experience with any of the service providers before.

I do not know if I would be getting a response for this email as well, but I am still writing. And If I receive no response from your end, I definitely am going to take a legal action.
