My due of emi was 28 march , they did not debit amount through e nach after i have sufficient amount in my account. Next i called customer care executive and paid manually, but after that on 29 th march they also debited by e nach. Now they are saying that we did not debited amount from e nach. And harassing to pay penalty charges .
I tried customer care but not get satisfactory answer. Mailed to grievance but not satisfactory reply got. The emi amount was of Rs. 11076
Please help anyone regarding this matter.
