Text of Complaint by SANJAY KUMAR:

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have borrowed a loan of INR 9999 from payme india. I have applied for the loan on 09.08.2023 and verification was done on 10.08.2023. They have said the it will disburse with in 24hours in your bank account but i have not reaceived the amount within 48 hours so i have required two times for cancelation of loan but they have not responded about this and they have desbursed the amount on 17.08.2023 of INR 8583. they have generated the payable amount of INR 10259.
My Repayment date was 12.09.2023. they have signed e-mandate from for this and they have not deducted the amount from my account on 12.09.2023. and on 13.09.2023 at morning they have called me and said that they will create the manual payment link of 10259 and they have added a late fees of INR 320. They said they will waiver the late fees so i have made the payment of INR 10259 through given payment link.
But now they are saying you have to pay the due amount then you will get the NOC.

I have emaild them payments@paymeindia.in, nodal@pmifs.com, grievance@pmifs.com but they are not responding the email. and i have tried to contact through ticket they are are saying you have to pay the due amount than you will get NOC.

I am feeling bad becouse of this my cibil score will impact. so what is the solution of this.
