PayLessPro is a subscription-based online bill-payment/recharge application. After buying the Yearly Subscription, we have to activate it monthly basis. I have taken the subscription 4 Subscriptions.
1. One Yearly Mobile (Refund-Rs.394(1289-895))
2. One AirTel DTH Yearly Plan (Refund-Rs.800(1800-1000))
3. One 3month plan of LPG gas Bill Payment (Refund-Rs.480(2880-2400))
4. One electricity Bill Yearly Plan Payment (Refund-Rs.1892(2442-550))
Total-Rs.3566 + Addition failed activation payment Rs.504 (Transaction date-13/08/2023)
Total- Rs.4070 has not been refunded to my account till date. It has been 6 months, they are not responding neither support email/telephone no/WhatsApp/Telegram. Like the Company is not there to provide our Refund.
