On 25th March 2023, My flipkart account has been hacked and purchased a Nothing mobile using paylater account emi for 31568.00, I have not initiated this transaction and i have not received/shared any otp regarding the same, at night when i was checking my email i noticed this transaction and first i was not able to login to my flipkart account later i was not able to deactivate it, tried calling flipkart customer care executive to take the necessary action but they failed and refused to help me with deactivating the account or finding a resolution for the issue they hangup the phone, later i soe how deactivated my flipkart account and contacted the customer support number and they raised the complaint against my issue, i have not received any complaint id
On 27th March I received a call from flipkarts escalation team and they said they cant help with this matter
