I have taken a loan of 500 rs which I received from a sms that I have a loan aporoval please click on the link to proceed and it took me to Payme India and it said it would take back 545 but then disbursed 402 saying 98 is the processing fees. And after 7 days when I could not make the payment on that day and I was about to pay in 2 days they increased the amount to 738 and by then they kept adding and kept abusing over calls and moreover trying to hack my contacts and call them and maybe sending them my id with a bad and false claim along with the id and many calls claiming this or that. They actually try to threaten of legal action and worse.
I am willing to pay some thing more than Rs 545 but not too much like Rs 3000. I hope for help on this issue,I request. Is it even legal to charge more than Rs 3000 in two months for Rs 402
