I have took a loan of 12000 from creditt plus app Due to some reason i am unable to pay after 30 days now I have paid 10k amount, now they are harrasing me contacting my contacts without my permission as per RBI guidelines its illegal without my permission they are not allowed for home visit I have some privacy also kow yhey are saying me to pay 20000 rs which is double, please take action against them. they are scamming people.
