These company combinely provided a post paid payment option, which I was using and paying off on time basis. But in the month of January I was facing some financial issues due to which I have asked them to provide me some time of break the amount into EMIS. But they did not do it. Some how I paid the complete amount and asked for reversal of the late payment charges. Which they agreed and I paid the complete amount. But they were not updating my CIBIL report as amount paid. Approximately 1 week back I have emailed them about it but no response were there. I again emailed them but they have now forced one more loan account into my CIBIL saying that I have taken a buisness loan from them where as I a salaried employee also updated fake details that i have not paid the loan whereas every single penny has been paid. These guys are playing with my CIBIL and even Paytm who was into collaboration with this company not even helping or guiding me. Please help
