I’m writing to you to bring to your attention the pathetic service and warranty support I’m experiencing. I have a camera issue with the Nokia 9 which is only 4 months old and have given it to service order # 1606627988922. It’s been almost 2 weeks without any updates from the service center and when contacted your support team just tells me to wait for an update. I have been loyal to your brand and hence do not want to escalate this on social media yet. Please contact me with a resolution soon or please send me a new phone ASAP. I loved the phone and do not want to regret my trust in your brand!
