iam using almost four years my airtel sim. iam living in chennai -600005 triplecane  please note that its not remote village .  we are in community kind of apartment totally 5 house s in my apartment ,

my home its self around 4 members using airtel sim (very poor and pathetic signal connection every month we recharge above 200 rs. individually were not getting calls and internet connection  ) their is no proper response from  airtel customer care in same block many of them using airtel even they also having same issue like us .please do need full

or else please give us option like mobile number portability.
