VERY CASUAL EFFORTS BY YOUR REPS,,THEY DONT PICK UP CALLS AND WHEN THEY PICK THEY SAY WE ARE IN A MEETING AND THEY NEVER CALL BACK,,,I WAS INTERESTED IN SUSPENSION OF SERVICES FOR A MONTH AND ALSO I HAVE PAID IN FULL ,,I WANTED A SOLUTION BUT YOUR SO CALLED CUSTOER CENTRE IS VERY VERY CASUAL,,,I CANNOT BELIEVE TATA CAN BE SO PATHETIC AND VERY CASUAL LIKE BMC,,,,PLEASE ASK YOUR REP TO EMAIL ME,,,,,AT TIMES MY MOBILE IS OFF SINCE I AM A SR SR CITIZEN 75 AND I NEED REST ALSO,,EMAIL YOU MAY EMAIL TO LET ME KNOW TO WHO I CAN TALK AND GET SOLUTIONS,,,,HONESTLY NOT TOO SURE IF THIS EMAIL WILL BE ANSWERED,,REGARDS & THANKS
