Text of Complaint by Jyoti Sankar Nayak:

Dear Sir,

Kindly accept my email as a matter of urgency and help with resolving the issues with immediate effect.  I have talked to your several customer care representative on 15th June almost talked to 7 representatives but didn’t get any satisfactory response. In midnight around 12:44am I am writing this email using other jio Hotspot. Please help to fix asap.
1st ISSUE
Since last 8 days in my area Airtel network working so bad whereas my voice call is not working and I am unable to talk to anyone via call. Issues has been highlighted by many consumers from my area but seems no one bothered to fix this. (My area address is – Nayabazar,  Kuansh, Ward number 11, Bhadrak hospital back side, At/Po – Bhadrak,  Odisha, 756100).
2nd ISSUE
After talking to customer care they suggested to swap the SIM which I did on 14th June but after that more problem got arises and no one from your team helping to fix after several calls. My new SIM message should be activated after 24 hours but it’s more then 34 hours but no luck and nothing working.  I am unable to send and receive messages.
3rd ISSUE
All of a sudden on my postpaid data plan got stopped saying my given GB been used. I requested to give me topof of 90GB with the amount Rs 500. They said within 30 mins I will get but it’s more then 8 house I didn’t get my top up for data. In my plan my both mobile internet and Hotspot internet are linked but due to this stop I am unable to use both which completely paralyzed my office work as I don’t have internet.
I am a long customer of airtel but this pathetic and painful experience ruined my days and job. I am unable to call, unable to message and unable to use internet. My mobile is just a piece of scrap now and your airtel service is beyond bad and worst in imagination and reality too. I am sorry to use these words as I know how it affecting my job , my important calls and messages.  Everything just stop and no one ready to fix it.
I request you to fix it today itself or I have to switch to Jio thinking your services and systems are good for nothing. You made my days very hard. Request you all again to take immediate action to resolve my issues and fix with immediate effect.
