Hello, yesterday i along with 6 members along with 2 kids entered the Hotel Shivalik, Almora and found the room which was given to us was in pathetic condition with shitty smell and they said this was a deluxe room. The after having quarrel with the Manager Puran singh he gave us an upgraded room called luxury room that room was a litter better but had no wifi, cable tv and in chilling cold when we all had to visit temple in morning the gezer was not working after telling him says we cannot help you. We had to request them then he gave us a bathroom with gezer in working condition. The money paid for this pathetic rooms and services for tourists coming from long distance is not good and making fook of us. I request consumer department to return the money and have a thorough check of this property or shut them
