WRT Order ID: 10059634 placed on 21st October for iPhone xr (by paying down payment of 20k) I am literally made to beg to the customer service to have my handset delivered.
Bottomline: The executive who visited my place to deliver new SIM card came with an expired one and next day after visiting Airtel store I realised things are even worse as they did not even have SIM cards available there!!!
