Text of Complaint by Ashita:

We needed assistance with changing SIM to eSIM in airtel, the number is pre paid and they refused to help in updating email id on number.
I was unable to call on 121 as well and when asked him to call he refused to call stating that it takes time of 8-10 minutes.

I am not aware of the name of employee but he is working at airtel store located in Kanta Chauraha Jhotwara Jaipur, Rajasthan
