I’ve purchased the dizo watch 2 sports smartwatch on March 11 2022. The watch had 1 year warranty on it. I’ve faced some charging issues of the watch. So, I contacted to the service centre of Bhubaneswar. They kept the watch and said that we’ll contact you when it’s done. But till now I’ve not received my watch. It’s been 6 months they haven’t contacted me yet. I’ve also tried the customer service of dizo, but unable to contact them. They are not taking this matter seriously and the customer service number of Dizo also not working. Please raise my complaint and take some serious action against these bastards.
