The services has miserably declined, the internet usually switches between 3G and 4G irrespective of where I am, also the calls are getting dropped innumerable times. I own two numbers, one of them is Prepaid and the other one Postpaid.
Not at all satisfied with the kind of services they are offering, I have already migrated from 2 different service providers and choose Airtel because heard a lot about it but seems all of them are the same. Your airtel thanks app is useless as it doesn’t offer an option to lodge a complaint, and trust me stop broadcasting the add that airtel offers the fastest internet as it is similar to other pathetic service providers, you aren’t offering anything faster and special.
