This complaint is with respect to Airtels PATHETIC service :
No one understands the seriousness of the issue, no one takes the authority/responsibility to resolve it.
My number is barred since 26th June – its been 3 weeks i am without my primary number.

It is closed without even checking if the issue is resolved or not!

This is ‘one more’ attempt to get my number 9167702005 activated.
I have been using it in family plan over 10 months – it is barred due to some AV issue – i would like to activate it.
Details
1) I had been using this number in family plan. Bearing 9167702004 as parent number and 9167702005 as child number.
2) On 26th June, have raised a separation request from family plan, both numbers did get separate leaving 9167702005 “barred” due to address verification unsuccessful.
Help me understand, Airtel has all the documents (including adhar, PAN etc.) how can the AV be unsuccessful?
I have called 121 “n” number of times to understand the exact issue, visited gallery , submitted required documents.
Help me understand, why is such a difficult task to activate the same number!!
The number is “barred” since 26th June – And here i am still following up with Airtel since 9 days yet no one is giving me solution!!
