First of all, i think this firm become more worst after merging with the idea, two worst firms merged together to become even worse, who knows!
Here is my concern, the day I took Vodafone postpaid connection 5 years before there is no peace of mind, and proper billing and service, every time i have to waste my time and to reach the Customer care, these people are even worse and the fun part here is each personĀ assures me false information and there is no data collaboration, they don’t even care voice of the customer, on the other hand, due to some technical issue from their end redx plan got activated and looted me with 3000 rupees, and now I am trying port from 10 days, UPC still not created and its already escalated in customer care, and they said escalation team is sleeping due to pandemic, I have already tried visiting the Vodafone store but one guy indirectly declining my port requested and stating my photo is required and that too it shouldn’t be white background, and other location store charging for 500 rupees due to Vodafone & idea merge,
Seriously, guys, does this people get such kind of training from Vodafone
