This is a with reference to a complain going through with Tata Sky currently which is not at all expected from such a huge group,
Tata Sky Id- 1302630619, Location – Miraroad, we had raised a complaint regarding a leakage of cable attached with Tata sky setup box, on the first visit the of the Technician he informed that the problem was in the setup box and not the cable so he changed the setup box, but within a month we were having the same issue, later after raising another complaint an another technician visits and informs that there is a fault in the cable not in the setup box so the cable needs to be changed and as the warranty has finished so we need to pay for that , but on the first technician visit our service was under warranty and it was the technicians fault that he could not rectify the problem why should we pay for any thing if our complain was not resolved at the first place,
This particular technicians name is Mr.Sandip Pasvan who is so rude that he has stated “Paisa nahi hai toh nahi hoga, Jo karna hai karlo” how can someone hire such rude and pathetic behavioural person into customer service
It’s my strong request to look it this at the earliest as the cable connected to the Tata Sky setup is leaking/melting which needs to be fixed before any accident occurs.
