My broadband connection got interrupted at 7 am yesterday. Airtel scheduled a technician to visit by end of the day and resolve the issue. He called me and notified that the issue has been solved by 7pm. But when I returned home, the broadband was still not working. This technician then stops picking my call. He came over today morning at 10 and went away almost immediately promising to send a team within 2 hours. Since then he has been ignoring my calls. I had taken a work from home today and that got ruined due to this behaviour from Airtel staff.
