Dear Sir/Ma’am
My name is- Badal Kumar
Address-Amarpur,Mednichowki,Lakhisarai,Bihar 811106
My concern is that my airtel sim today by itself is not working so for replacement sim I had visited 2 airtel store in my nearby area with proper document but they said that we charge Rs 150 for the same.
Is this service is chargeable ? I don’t think so.
So,please help me regarding this and take necessary action on it and resolve my concern as soon as possible.
