Dear Team,
I have ordered a ASUS VivoBook 15 (2022) Core i5 10th Gen having order id- OD126098150665918000 from your website. I want to complaint about the delivery of this order. I have ordered this on 25th September,2022 and expected date of delivery given by you is 7th October,2022 as this product have a compulsory open box delivery option so I reschedule the delivery to 10th of October,2022 but with your miserable service my product havent been delivered yet. I have called your customer care and complaint about this. One of your executive assured me that your product will surely delivered on 11th October by anyhow. So I decided to take leave from my work just to take the delivery of this product as my parents don’t have any technical knowledge to take open box delivery but unfortunately delivery wouldn’t happened at that day too. Today same thing happened with me again. Whenever I called your customer care number they only told me that your concern is already been raised and will resolved by 15th October,2022. My product reached to the nearest hub on 3rd October,2022. It’s been 9 days since I am waiting for my shipment. Is it really take that much time to deliver my order from nearest location hub to my delivery address?? This is very bad experience i am facing while dealing with you guys. I don’t know weather you guys treated you each and every prestigious customer in such a manner or i am an exception. I have taken two leaves from my work just because this open box delivery assurance given y
By your company representative. I would not received my order untill you compensate my financial and mental health loss otherwise i will cancel my order. Today when i called your representative Mrs. Sonia and asked her to connect me with any higher authority she completely denied by saying no one is available at that time. When i insist her she raised a call back request from her senior manager but till the time no call is received on my number. Please check this matter and do the needful at the earliest. I want a clear compensation otherwise i will not accept the delivery of my laptop. I am attaching all the screenshots for your reference.
