I booked an Airtel Broadband connection on 28th October and made a payment of Rs.6007/- immediately. But inadvertently could nor enter correct CAF number. Airtel representative was apprised of the situation and he promised to provide the internet connection within two or three days. Almost one week has passed but neither internet connection has been provided not any satisfactory reply is received inspite of making repeated calls to your Representative Mr. Rahul and Moi at 9654715031. They are simply avoiding our request and refused to give even employee id number.
I wonder if these are the services provided by a company matching the status of AIRTEL ?
