Hi,
I have visited Airtel store regarding prepaid migration at Bavdhan Store (Air Galaxy) however store agent (Ms Komal) are so rude and not at all ready to help.
Excuse given for non prepaid Migration is it’s As per TRAI policy. When I asked for policy details lady is not ready to show where it is mentioned and diverted me to call on 198 for the same.
Unable to understand when store has to divert customer on customer service then why store is required??
I clearly told lady I m moving out of country and want to use number however need to be in prepaid. However she is just not trying to understand the customer concern at all.
Hope some of responsible person will understand the issue and will help me with this..
If call conversation not done I will stop using the number and will not pay any further dues post 31st December.
