Text of Complaint by ANAND MISHRA:

Dear Team, I have ordered tata sky binge product through Amazon on 8th Nov 2020 which was delivered to me on 12th Nov 2020.Tata Sky executive visited my home 12th Nov 2020 and first question which was asked have you made payment I said yes on amazon platform I have done it. Second question was why I don’t have Smart Tv I said I bought this product as I have planned to buy in future so I have ordered it currently I don’t require HD channel at least normal ie SD channels can be made visible Third question was I don’t have WIFI connection I said you connect it I will provide through Mobile after which he did with the wifi provided through mobile as I don’t find it a basis necessity when it can be done through wifi provided by mobile. After this query he started his process he installed tower and provided wiring extra of 8meter which he was supposed to charge me but after updating setup box through wifi free channel started coming. During which he left and said will come in sometime. He did not turn up same day nor next day. As on second day setup box stopped we called him he did not come. Then on third day we shouted and then he came at 6.00pm and took setup box with him. During these many days I called up customer and said my concern but I was only given next dates and said I will receive call from concerned team which I got initially but few days that also stooped. Once I got call from customer care and explained my concern with him he connected me to my dealer he not ready to listen I said I will take up this matter to your team and a tweet on social media dealer says do whatever you can do as if he paid money for my connection and his behaviour was not good. After which I dis connected the call and asked customer care to cancel the product. After few days I made an enquiry my connection was disconnected but my product is not taken back nor I got my funds. After this I marked a mail to nodal escalation but they did not call me up and marked a mail that they called me and asked me alternate numbers which I gave them since then no calls I got which as per mail I was supposed to get in 24 hrs. In between the executive came and connected setup box which is not working due to I have taken my cable connection and asked him to collect it but he did not do and left. I said its not my responsibility of product he says ok he is responsible for it. Even Amazon is not helping me in getting my refund due to which I face mental torture. Resolution requested from Your End 1-I don’t product my Tata sky please help in returning the product 2-Need My Funds back 3-Because of poor service and mental torture please take action against them and make nodal team answerable
