I have just bought a connection of airtel broadband paying 6 months advance in rental.
The minute they found out that a payment has to be made they sent their associate within 15 minutes. Now when they have to install the connection for which they took the payment they are not even responding to the calls.
After committing a delay of 3 days they said it will be installed today ( Monday, 22 June 2020 ). Now even today they are not responding..
This is just the heights of insensitivity towards their customers.
