JioFiber Service technician named Atul Kumar of Hussainganj area Lucknow, 226001 visited my home for a wire cut issue gave a lame excuse of not having correct equipment and went saying he’ll do it next day but didn’t came the next day, another technician came the next day unwilling to do anything, denying whatever I told him to do. A recalcitrant of next level showing unmatched tantrums. These guys behave as if we are at their service instead of the other way around. The reason is they belong from a third party company not Jio. Please look into these service related issues as the internet is good the only thing that will make the company stigmatized is the pathetic service (the third party ) is providing.
