Dear Team,
I have jio Fiber connection at my place and the router is down from the 5th Aug I have raised a complain also for that. Nothing is resolve yet this is pathetic service I am unable to do my office work this is not acceptable. The SR number was SR00001637H2.
Worst service…. From 5th of August I am struggling to get a update of my issue and it’s not yet solve and yesterday at 11.26 pm they have closed the request with the remark that the issue has been solve… Pathetic. Are you guys not understanding the importance of this issue. Is it a joke. Ridiculous.. Disgusted with the service… After that I had a talk with Mr. Soumyajit at 10.30 am he said that executive will visit the place and resolve with in 5pm now I am calling that person to get the update so he is intentionally not picking up my phone and when I am calling from another number he is receiving the call and after hearing my name disconnecting the call. This is the standard of your customer service. You guys are 3rd class I am unable to doing my office work from the last 5 days and you guys are playing with me. Pathetic. Ridiculous unprofessional behavior.
Idiot unprofessional employees you guys are hiring those who don’t have any credibility transparency and ability. Even your phone officers too. Shame on you guys.. i don’t have any words to say you more. They are not picking up my phone even now.
