Hi,
- My subscriber id 1021351505 is i called technician for the relocation of my STB my flat is on 5th floor he said that your set top box will not recieve the signal i said why than he said because your are living on 5th floor and tata sky signal will not recieve on 5th floor and i am not able to install your tata sky because your balcony is not having wall reling how do i install i asked him to look at the other flat they have installed the tata sky but he refuge all the queries
He is totally indiscipline service engineer and not serious towards his work,hence i decided to go for another company like airtel or dish tv
