The videocon customer care services are pathetic and rubbish. I called to customer care and raised a querry but instead of helping over phone they are replying that service representative need to be sent for which 200 rupees will be applicable. But the problem looks from the backend not from the component end. Also the customer care executives are idiots. On service engineer request, they claim that the visit shall be in warranty period but when the executive visits he demands 200 rupees. In addition to this their customer care numbers and IVR are totally wastage of time and money. I don’t know how these kinds of idiots are working.
