I got connection one month ago. It worked for 15 days after after that started disconnected service. Engineer visited and prblm solved. Again one week later got prblm i raised complain they arranged engineers visit. Later they cancel visit saying prblm solve. Again next day same problem again they did same and close ticket. My problem is open. What a useless service you providing. If you can’t give service why you give me connection. I’m going to post on social media how jio fooling people take 3 month money and don’t give service and can’t get refund also. Jio is cheating Custer. Poor, pathetic and useless service.
Till now i have raised complained they said engineer will come in morning now its evening and engineer not visited. I talked to customer support team lead they saying no idea about it. I asked for refund they said cant give refund as per policy. I will go now to consumer forum to ask they cant provide service cant give refund. I am going to write on forum not to take useless jio service.
