I have opted for fiber xstream connection. My Optical fiber cable is broken somewhere in street. I have filed the complaint on 30 june 2020 but till date 3 july 2020 nothing has been done. Now they have put up to resolve my problem till 5 july 2020. I am living in chandigarh sector 38. We are not in village to get service problem resolve in a week. I have no option left except go to consumer forum with evidence.
