I am a resident of Kolkata and own an airtel number. Airtel claims to give a speed of 64kbps and yet when it comes to reality the speed provided by airtel is 2-4 kbps at the most. I am a student and i have my online classes and tests regularly. Due to such poor services provided by Airtel India, i failed to attend these lectures and tests. It is very inconvenient especially during this lockdown as i cannot go out to port my network either.
