Text of Complaint by Habib Mondal:

I am a customer of Airtel bearing mobile no 7478180595.
I am writing this email to seek some help and support from you. At my current location, the internet speed is poor for last few months and it has become unbearable for last 3 weeks. A simple page takes upto 5-6 minutes to load. Even Gmail fails to load even at midnight !
At this time of lockdown we are to work from home for which internet is the most needed. What is the use of 1.5 GB data, if I can’t use it at all?
I have tried to contact the customer service several times in past few days but with no success.
One more thing to mention you that, I have tried all the possible ways the customer service people tell us to do, like removing and re-inserting the SIM card etc etc.
And last but not the least, this is a common problem to most of the people in the locality.
I hope you understand that someday or other this lockdown will be over and we will have a option to shift to another service provider if you fail us at the time when we needed your support the most.
People should get the service for which they paid. Only advertising as ” India’s fastest network” doesn’t make it so.
