Good afternoon Mam/Sir
I want to draw your attention towards the issue, which my whole family and I am facing since 4th june 2020 and Today is july 20th but still we are facing network problem in which we are unable to make calls and use data.(postpaid connection family plan worth rs999)
I have written the mail before also but still the concern is not being resolved.
So In the end i just want to clear this either stop my bill till the connection gets back to a better position or resolve my matter as its 1.5 months completed.And being at a senior post i hope you understand my situation and will give me resolution for this.And i have lodged several complaints with airtel store and team but still they are neglecting the issue.
I hope you will see this concern seriously.
