It is been more than 5 months I had emailed the Jio people to resolve the network issue.
And the reply is “we are working however we can not commit a date to resolve now.
Now, this is very unprofessional and the reply is unsatisfactory.
Kindly help to get my money back as I have shared the attachment on the email about the speed I am getting – 0.27 or 0.01/mbps
