below is the reply from Videocon d2h customer care wherein the amount was debited from my account without providing actual service. Now, they are telling that its more than 1 month and cant be entertained and all stuff to divert. I had shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore and requested for uninstallation. However, d2h guys did not turn up for more than a week and closed the request and debited the amount as soon as i placed a request. Post which, i have done uninstallation with local guys. When i asked for installation service atleast for the debited amount, they are denying saying some dumb reasons. They are also misrepresenting information that i have denied d2h person inside which is absolutely incorrect.

resolved as confirm with area service team that De-instllation has been
done at your premises by packers & movers guy and you denied for
De-instllation and you did not pay any charges to d2h technician so we
are unable to refund your debited balance.
Moreover as per our company policy if you denied for relocation then
relocation charges was debited from your d2h account.
We would also like to inform you that your d2h account is inactive due
to insufficient balance. Kindly recharge your d2h account in order to
enjoy our services.
