Text of Complaint by Nevil Vora:

I am writing to put in a complaint against Meesho Customer service advisors.My name is Nevil Vora.
I had ordered shoes against which I had received a body wash.
I raised a return request immediately but the pick up agent refused to take the product as it was incorrect.
I then called the customer service and they placed a return from their end, which again the delivery agent cancelled as he was aware it was incorrect product.
Then i got frustrated and i called the CS team and was advised, not to cancel the pickup request so that the delivery boy doesn’t have any other option but to take the product.
This time the delivery boy did not come at all and again cancelled the pickup.
This pissed me off totally and I decided to take it forward with a manager at Meesho.
I called the customer service team 4 times on Thursday out of which all the times I was given different information.
Moreover, I was kept on hold for 1 hour every time and the line was disconnected while transferring me to supervisor. It is suprising that there are no supervisors to attend customer, and i became very upset where such a big company does not have customer satisfaction policy, and nor customers have the right to raise a complaint on the call as all the advisor said they cannot raise any type of complaint.
Lastly one advisor, tried to help me but I still couldn’t get a resolution.
I told him to raise a complaint for me which he was not ready to do as well.
Now I am completely disappointed with the service as well as the product.
I wish I had never installed Meesho in the 1st place.
