This complaint is for the pathetic service provided by Vodafon.so many times complaints have been registered through customer care and Vodafone App and the response is too bad…customer care promised to call back with updates and it never happened..so I would like to have a solution with my billing issue.. One of my number the international roming has been suspended from 18th Dec 2020 and after a month I can see still it’s active, again and again I requested through Vodafone App, Despite of all the company billed me the roming charge and I couldn’t find any of my complaint status in the App..I even called the team but very poor response…
I wish I could get an out come this time
