Sir this is shantanu dey working for Indian Air Force posted in Srinagar .. on 2 June I ported my mobile no 9475031145 from Bsnl to jio postpaid from reliance digital store at Kanchrapara West Bengal . On 6 June when I shifted in Kashmir they activated this sim as a prepaid connection ….. already lodge complaint in jio care three times but issue not solved ….. My bank scout is linked with this no ……..

Dear Sir,
My jio number bearing 8837338349 is recently used by somebody else.
I took the jiohandset along with the number from Shillong,Meghalaya.
I have been calling the customer care but they couldnot understand .
I myself call my own number and somebody else answered. How is this possible.
Can you look into the matter please.
