My ID is 1348473008 . During 20th May in the cycloan Amphan my dish got little bit dislocated for which I lodged an complain no 1-23F1OQOP on 23rd May.
I am very sorry to inform you that since that day my complain was not resolved. I repeatedly contacted Customer care , every time they escalated the complain to higher authority and assured that it will be resolved in priority basis.
Moreover a technician visited my residence on 1st of March and misbehaved with my father who is a senior citizen. Without solving the problem he ran away and after that when contacted he disconnected the phone many times.
After that he made a mockery by telling many times that he is visiting but he completely lied and had a fun of it,as if we were completely department on him.His attitude was completely unprofessional.
Is this the face of Tata Sky?
Do they treat their customer like that?
The bitter experience that I have got I will never ever associate with this company . I have done great mistake by selecting TATA SKY as my service provider.
Nearly 15 days gone I am not expecting for any resolution
I am writing it just to inform the ground reality and customer service in my area. Tomorrow I am opting for another company which at least gives better customer service
