Dear Concern,
Airtel customer care providing pathetic customer service.
Airtel customer care doesn’t reply on the email. Today is third day and i have been waiting for a simple revert from your customer support team. I send the email on 121@in.airtel.com..
They supposed to revert with in 4 working hrs but in last three days, i have sent three email and i got nothing in reply.
I have applied for new xtreem fiber connection with premium plan and want to change my number. But days are passing and nothing is coming as reply. The person who help me to get the connection, not picking my calls and stop responding my whatsapp msgs.. Other person picking the call and saying i will inform to him but if i make any complaint regarding this, no action will be taken against him.
If they cannot resolve my issue, i want refund and removal of the setup & connection from my place.
